I use the Target Scheduler plugin when imaging from Starfront Observatories. You create a list of targets and the plugin will choose the best one to image at any particular time. This allows you to completely automate your system and even run your sequence unattended over many nights.
NINA instructions are grouped in containers called instruction sets. This sequence contains three sets. The first connects all the equipment in the evening, the second does the actual imaging using Target Scheduler, and the last parks and disconnects everything in the morning. You can even image over repeated nights by grouping all three sets inside another container and looping that.
